For all orders, expect a notification from FedEx and or UPS. These
couriers offer a text messaging service, so please add a mobile number
to your account to receive updates about your parcel.
The order weight restriction is 22 lbs. If your order exceeds this amount, please place separate orders of 22 lbs or less.
During U.S. holidays and busy periods such as Christmas, it may take slightly longer to receive your parcel. We will do our best to inform you about any delays.
Currently, we do not ship internationally.
Returns & Exchanges

Customers are required to package their returns appropriately. If products are returned and damaged in shipping, we cannot honor a reimbursement.
If your product is damaged, was never delivered, or is not what you ordered, please reach out to customer service within 14 business days of the package delivery.

If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, please reach out to us at info@lananacreekfarms.com. If your product has already shipped prior to a cancellation request or order change request, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.
If you’re unhappy with your item or would like to swap it for a different product, please return your purchase for a refund or exchange. All of our returns are free!
Simply follow these steps:
- Contact our service team at 936-622-1033 or via info@lananacreekfarms.com. Have your order number ready.
- Package returns appropriately.
- Affix the return label to the outside of the package.
Your return must weigh under 11 lbs. to use this service. If it weighs more, please contact Support at 936-622-1033 or via info@lananacreekfarms.com for further information.
- We require an order number to issue a refund.
- We will send your replacement item or refund your payment within 30 working days upon receipt of your item.
- We can only fulfill refund/exchange requests for those orders sent back with a fully completed online returns form.
- We can only exchange products for up to the same value as the original order.
- We are unable to refund just part of the collection. To get a refund for collection items, please return the whole collection, and the full sum paid for the collection can be refunded.
